FOREVER AMBER BALLS 
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
2 lg. cans Angel Flake coconut
1 lb. pkg. orange slices, finely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1 c. pecans, chopped

(Cut with scissors occasionally dipped in hot water).

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, place in oblong pans (buttered) about 3/4 inch thick and bake at 350 degrees until toasty brown. Remove and let cool, dip by spoonfuls and form into balls and shake in plastic bag filled with powdered sugar.

If some of the batter is not brown enough in center it will not adhere. Place this back in the oven on middle rack and reduce heat to 325 degrees and cook until done.
