HEALTHFUL FUDGE 
1 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. carob powder
1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

In large saucepan, heat honey and peanut butter, stirring constantly just until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in carob powder. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients.

Press into buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill several hours or overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/4 pounds of fudge.
