MONTANA FUDGE 
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut up
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. corn syrup
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 1/2 c. sugar
Nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large heavy kettle, mix all the ingredients except nuts and vanilla. Over medium heat, cook and stir until candy reaches a full rolling boil. At this point, start timing and stop stirring. Keep candy boiling for 3 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and without stirring allow candy to cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla and nuts. Beat until it becomes dull and will hold its shape when dropped from a spoon. Quickly drop about 30 pieces onto a buttered cookie sheet.

Note: For less chocolaty fudge, use 1 1/2 ounce of chocolate.
