SAVANNAN PEANUT FUDGE | |
2/3 c. chunky peanut butter 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder 2 tbsp. honey 4 tbsp. chopped peanuts, unsalted 4 tbsp. raisins, coarsely chopped 2 tbsp. rolled oats 1/2 c. water 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, milk powder and honey. 2. Stir in the peanuts, raisins and oats. Mixture will be a mealy texture. 3. Sprinkle with the water. Mix until well combined. 4. Line a small loaf pan or small square pan with foil or wax paper. 5. Press with fudge into pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover. 6. Chill for about 1 hour or until firm. 7. Remove from pan. Cut into squares. Store in air tight container. |
