SHEPHERD PIE 
8 slices white bread
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cheese
1 lb. cooked sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard

Grease 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Place bread in bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheese and sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8. This can be multiplied as needed, prepared the day before, refrigerate. Then bake a little longer.
