SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
Approx. 5 servings mashed potatoes
Cheese (slices)

Brown beef in skillet. Make your mashed potatoes. Make sure mashed potatoes are the same amount as to your beef. Combine beef, potatoes and corn in a skillet large enough to hold ingredients. Place cheese slices on top enough to cover the top. More if you really like cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles and starts to brown.
