SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. finely cut leftover beef (such as roast)
2 onions, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 c. mashed potatoes, enriched with milk & butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter

Saute the onion in a little hot grease until limp. Add the beef and saute lightly. Place in baking dish and sprinkle on Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Place a layer of tomatoes on top and top the tomatoes with mashed potatoes. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes so that the dish gets heated through thoroughly and potatoes brown.

Love this!!! It was my first time making Sheppards pie and I wanted to something besides stroganoff with the leftovers. Family loved it!
