SHEPHERDS PIE 
1 qt. bottle seasoned wild game
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. sliced carrots
8 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Optional: May add green peas or green beans also

In large pan add meat, onion soup, bouillon cubes, and 1 quart water. Simmer for 1 hour on low heat after bring to a boil. In a small pan cook carrots. Thicken meat mixture to a gravy consistency, drain carrots and add to meat. In a large casserole dish pour in meat and carrot mixture. Spoon mashed potatoes on gravy. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves.
