SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 lbs. cooked ground beef
6 c. instant mashed potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash garlic powder
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen corn
2 slices yellow American cheese
Dash cajun powder

Cook ground beef with salt, pepper and cajun powder. Prepare mashed potatoes. Cook corn. In casserole, layer ground beef, corn, cheese and top with mashed potatoes. Make layers until ingredients are gone. Sprinkle top with pepper and garlic powder. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
