SUPER EASY STUFFED PEPPERS 
4-5 green peppers
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cups rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 lrg can tomato juice
1-2 tsp sweet basil
Salt and pepper to taste

For the peppers, you can use any color pepper preferably all the same size and flat bottoms.

In a bowl combine ground beef tomato sauce rice sweet basil and salt and pepper. Remove green pepper tops and seeds. Place peppers in a large pot and fill each pepper with the beef mixture. Pour the can of tomato juice into the pot and over the filled peppers until bottoms of peppers are covered. Sprinkle sweet basil onto the tips of peppers. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Cut up in lot for green pepper soup.
