GLAZED SPARERIBS 
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. celery seeds
Lemon slices
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 lb. ribs
Dash of pepper
2 or 3 drops hot sauce

Combine first 8 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat; set aside. Cook ribs with meaty side down at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Base with sauce, turn over and bake 15 minutes. Baste with sauce, repeat process. Garnish with lemon slices last 30 minutes.
