OKRA SOUTHERN STYLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra or 3 c. sliced fresh okra
1/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. Season-All
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 c. salad oil

Trim ends off okra. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Dredge in mixture of corn meal and seasonings. Fry in hot oil 15 minutes or until crisp and brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
