NIGHT BEFORE MASHED POTATOES 
8-10 med. potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Salt and pepper

Boil potatoes, mash and add sour cream. Place in buttered 8 x 10 inch pan. Dot generously with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil and refrigerate. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8-10. Super for when you have guests. Recipe can be doubled or tripled if needed.
