AVONNAISE 
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ripe avocado

Peel and remove the stone from a ripe avocado. Cut flesh into small pieces and put together with mayonnaise in a small bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado pieces into the mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth.

Use as a sauce on fruit salads, lettuce salads, and on baked potatoes instead of sour cream sauce, on roast beef instead of gravy.
