SAVORY PUMPKIN BREAD 
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. mashed pumpkin
2 c. unbleached flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mint
1 tsp. each basil, coriander, chives
1/2 tsp. sage

Mix together all liquid ingredients and pumpkin. Stir in all dried ingredients sifted together and herbs. Turn into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
