CHICKEN WINGS MEXICANA 
32 wings
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. diced green and red pepper
1 1/2 c. diced canned tomatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 env. beef onion soup mix or 1 c. brown gravy mix

Saute onion in oil until soft. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Place in a baking dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until tender. Serve hot in sauce as appetizer.
