JAN'S CHICKEN WINGS | |
3 to 4 lbs. chicken wings (cut at the joint) 1 jar preserves (apricot, pineapple) 1 (8 oz.) bottle Red Russian dressing (or use homemade) 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup Combine ingredients. Marinate in sauce a few hours or overnight. Lay flat in a baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered, then uncover and bake for 1/2 hour. Cool and serve warm as finger food. |
