BANANA CREAM PIE 
CRUST:

10 graham crackers, crushed
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter

Mix ingredients, pack firmly into 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 c. cream, whipped
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, thinly sliced
Grated coconut

Combine filling ingredients. Just before serving, spoon into shell. Sprinkle with coconut.
