COCONUT (OR BANANA) PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Milnot canned cream
1 c. water
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. butter

Combine sugar, egg yolks (slightly beaten), cornstarch, Milnot, water and butter. Cook until boils and thickens. Add vanilla and coconut (or bananas). Serve topped with whip cream or meringue.
