CHICKEN TERRIFIC 
3 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
6 1/4 oz. pkg. wild rice mix (fast cooking type)
1 c. mayonnaise
2 oz. jar pimento (optional)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. instant minced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. can French style green beans (undrained)
8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1/4 stick butter/oleo

Mix all together, including package of uncooked rice and seasoning packet. Top with 1/2 package of stuffing mix which has been tossed with 1/4 stick melted butter. Bake, covered tightly, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Fills a 3 quart casserole or two 1 1/2 quarts. Easy to make.
