CHICKEN TERRIFIC 
3 c. cubed & cooked chicken
16 oz. pkg. wild rice, cooked
12 oz. jar pimiento
1 c. mayo
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. instant minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) can French style green beans, drained

TOPPING:

1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. herb stuffing
1/2 stick butter

Mix together. Melt butter and mix cheese and stuffing, place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
