BAKLAVA 
3 pkgs. egg roll skins
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. clarified butter
1 c. water
3/4 c. honey
1 1/2 c. crushed walnuts
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cloves

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, cover bottom with egg roll skins. Brush with clarified butter, repeat twice. Mix nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, sprinkle over eggroll skins. Place 3 layers of egg roll skins on top of nut mixture (with butter between each layer). Score 3/4 of the way down (cut into squares). Place a clove in each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, boil for 10 minutes and pour over baklava.
