COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 heads broccoli
2 c. grated cheddar
1 lb. bacon
Sliced purple onion

DRESSING:

2 c. lo-cal Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. dark wine vinegar

Prepare dressing the day before and keep in refrigerator. Cut florets from stalks and combine with cheese, sliced onion and the bacon cooked and crumbled. Before serving, toss with the dressing and serve cold. Serves 10 as a side dish.
