COLD BROCCOLI AND MOZZARELLA
SALAD
 
2 lg. bunches broccoli (use flowerets only not stalks)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
12 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
1/2 sm. onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in a 9x13 inch glass dish.

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad 15 minutes before serving.

Although this salad contains mayonnaise, when mixed with other ingredients and poured over the salad, it takes on a semi-clear appearance.
