COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
SALAD:

4 c. broccoli flowerettes
1/2 c. raisins (dark or golden)
1/2 c. sliced green onion
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (light)
6 pkgs. Sweet & Low or equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar

Toss broccoli, raisins and onion. Add dressing. Toss and chill. Just before serving, add bacon. For the diet-conscious, the bacon can be omitted. As an option, 1/2-3/4 cup chopped nuts can be added.
