COLD BROCCOLI/MOZZARELLA SALAD 
2 lg. bunches broccoli (use only flowerets - not stalk)
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 sm. onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion in a 13x9 inch glass dish.

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad 15 minutes before serving.

Although this salad contains mayonnaise, when mixed with the other ingredients and poured over the salad, it takes on a semi-clear appearance.
