2 bunches broccoli
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 med. onion
1 lb. bacon
2 tbsp. vinegar

For dressing: 1 c. sugar

Using flowerets of broccoli only, wash and cut into small pieces. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. Chop 1 medium onion and brown and crumble bacon. Mix together. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir well till sugar is dissolved. Pour over broccoli mixture and mix well into salad.
