COCONUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 deep dish 9" pie crusts

Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour until done. Cool before serving.
