COCONUT LEMON HADDOCK | |
1 lb. haddock (or flounder) 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk 1 lemon, sliced salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13-inch baking dish. Put sliced lemon in the bottom of the baking dish. Lay the haddock on top of the lemon. Pour coconut milk over fish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Submitted by: Joelle |
