HADDOCK WITH MOCK SOUR CREAM 
1 1/2 lbs. haddock, cod or any white fish
1/4 tsp. whole thyme
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. calorie reduced mayonnaise
Parsley
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
Lemon wedges

Season haddock with pepper and place in shallow non-stick sprayed baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan or in microwave. Add thyme, bay leaf, onion, dill, sugar, mayonnaise and yogurt. Pour over fillets and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
