HADDOCK WITH SOUR CREAM 
2 lbs. haddock fillets, skinned
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco
Paprika

Cut haddock into serving size portions and arrange in a single layer in buttered baking dish, 12 x 8 x 2 inches. Combine remaining ingredients except paprika. Spread mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
