“SHERRY'S CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD” IS IN:

SHERRY'S CHICKEN WALDORF SALAD 
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing
4 cups torn romaine lettuce
2 cups, sliced,cooked chicken
2 apples, cut into 1-inch chunks
3 ribs celery, sliced
1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries

On a microwave-safe plate, microwave walnuts on high in 15-second intervals, until toasted. In a bowl, combine dressing, 1/4 teaspoon each, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, gently toss lettuce with chicken, apples, celery, cranberries and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing.
