KAPUSTA 
Turkey carcass
1 onion
5 sm. cans sauerkraut
2 links kielbasa sausage
Gravy master

Cover the turkey carcass with water and boil with onion until the meat balls off the carcass. Strain the broth and take meat off the carcass. Into large pot, add turkey and broth, 5 cans of sauerkraut, 2 links of kielbasa, and Gravy master to taste. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve in bowls with Polish bread on the side.
