ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 lb. Hydrox cookies
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (or ice cream of your choice)
Hershey's chocolate sauce
8 oz. Cool Whip

Let ice cream soften. Crush cookies and put in bottom of a 9 x 12 pan. Spread on half of the ice cream. Add the chocolate sauce. Put on the rest of ice cream and spread on Cool Whip and top with a few cookie crumbs. Enjoy!
