SNOWY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 lbs. (12 med.) potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 c. chives, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. butter

Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash. Add next 5 ingredients; beat until smooth and light. Stir in chives.

Spoon into a lightly greased, shallow 10 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until lightly golden and heated through. Yummy.
