“MANGO HABANERA WINGS” IS IN:

MANGO HABANERA WINGS 
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 medium sized mangos, peeled and diced
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Red Monkey Mango Habanera Rub

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and the mango pieces and cook until the onions are translucent. This usually takes about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Place in a food processor and blend until smooth.

While the sauce is cooking, bake or fry your chicken wings. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve. You can bake the wings again after you coat them if you like extra crispy wings!!!!!
