6 oz. chocolate morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
8 c. Rice Chex cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Microwave chocolate morsels, peanut butter and butter on High 2 minutes. Pour over the Rice Chex in a large container. Mix in 1 cup of the powdered sugar, then add the other cup of powdered sugar to the top of it. Put a lid on and shake together. (May put in a brown paper bag.) Spread out on pan and let cool.
