1 (12 oz.) box Crispix
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet morsels
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter
1 lb. powdered sugar

Melt together chocolate chips, peanut butter, vanilla and butter. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in a large bowl or roaster and coat completely. In a large paper grocery bag, pour 1/2 of the powdered sugar. Place all of the mixture in the bag, pour rest of powdered sugar on top. Roll up bag and shake. Pour "Puppy Chow" in sealed container and keep cold.
