1/4 lb. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 small pkg. chocolate chips
8 to 9 c. Crispix cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine first three ingredients; pour over cereal. Shake in bag with powdered sugar until coated. Tip: Shake in a brown paper bag.
