RHUBARB SURPRISE PIE | |
Pie crust for 9 or 10 inch pie 3 c. diced raw rhubarb (3 1/2 c. for 10 inch) Place in pie shell. Sprinkle 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin over rhubarb. Mix: 1/2 c. unsifted flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 c. melted butter Sprinkle over pie. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. |
