CORN SURPRISE PIE | |
10" unbaked pie shell 1 family size can deviled ham 4 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 3/4 c. milk 1 #303 (1 lb.) can cream style or drained whole kernel corn 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, optional 1 c. grated American cheese Spread bottom of pie shell with deviled ham. In a bowl beat eggs and flour; then beat in milk, corn, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese. Pour over ham in pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 325 degrees and continue baking for 40 minutes or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 8. |
