CHICKEN 'N NOODLES 
Chicken
Chicken broth
Lg. pkg. noodles
1 lg. onion
1-1/2 c. shredded carrots
3 sticks celery, sliced
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaf & parsley flakes (optional)

I cook chicken breasts until tender and bone. Use remaining broth, if not enough broth - I add some canned broth. Then add all ingredients and cook until tender. We like to serve it with biscuits and salad. You might want to double recipe. This makes about a 4-quart pan full.
