FREDA'S BEEF & NOODLE CASSEROLE 
Cook 1 pound package noodle in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Prepare 2 pounds ground beef - cook until brown. Chop 1 large green pepper and 1 large onion. Cook with ground beef until tender. Add small clove of garlic. Drain off fat. Add:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Stir to mix. Add to drained noodles and pour into casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Can be frozen.
