FRIED POTATOES AND SMOKED SAUSAGE | |
1 skinless smoked sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces 3 medium sized potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 small sweet onion, sliced or chopped Pour cooking oil in skillet or frying pan as required for adequate frying. Bring to high temperature. Mix in sausage, onion and potatoes. Adjust temperature if needed after it gets to cooking good. Stir frequently, flipping potatoes as necessary until done. Serve and enjoy!
