ROYAL PEAR SALAD 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can (16 oz.) cranberry sauce
1 can (16 oz.) canned pears, drained & cubed
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water, lemon juice and cranberry sauce. Fold in pears and chopped nuts. Spoon into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm. Yield 10 servings.
