PEAR, CHEESE & PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. lime Jello
6 pear halves & juice
6 maraschino cherries
1 c. whipping cream (or Dream Whip)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 #2 can crushed pineapple & juice

Use one 9 x 9 inch tupperware or two 5 x 8 inch pans (approximately).

1st Layer: Dissolve package of cherry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and 1 cup pear juice. Place pear halves in pan face down with cherry in middle of each pear. (Three in each pan down center). Pour Jello over pears and put in refrigerator to jell.

2nd Layer: Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and add 1 cup of cold water. Let thicken in refrigerator. Whip 1 cup of cream and fold in Jello. Add soften (partially whipped) cheese. Pour over red layer and allow to chill until set.

3rd Layer: Dissolve lime Jello in 1 cup of boiling water and add 1 cup of pineapple juice. Add crushed pineapple and pour over cheese layer chill until set. When unmolded, the red layer will be on top, the white in the center and the green at the bottom.
