TANGY HAM LOAVES 
1 lb. ham, ground
1/2 lb. pork, ground
1/2 lb. beef, ground
1 c. crackers, crushed fine
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. milk
Salt, pepper

TANGY SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. brown sugar

Mix together meats, crackers, onions, peppers, celery, milk, salt and pepper. From into individual loaves. Place in baking pan and pour Tangy Sauce over the loaves. Baste once or twice while cooking.

Bake at 350 degrees 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6 to 7.
