HAM SPREAD SANDWICHES 
4 cans Spam, ground in meat grinder
6 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) jar pickle relish
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (or powder)
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 to 8 tbsp. mayonnaise (to desired spread)
3 (long) loaves sandwich thin bread

Mix first 7 ingredients. Trim crust and make sandwiches. Cut into desired shapes.

Sandwiches can be made early in day and stored in refrigerator in airtight container. Each sandwich will give 4 pieces, cut in strips, squares or triangles.
