HAM AND EGG FILLING 
1 c. ground fully cooked ham
1 c. (4) chopped hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. drained pickle relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 loaves bread

Combine all ingredients. Spread between buttered bread slices. This makes 3 cups or 13 sandwiches.

For 4 quarts or 65 sandwiches:
2 lb. ground fully cooked ham
18 chopped hard boiled eggs
12 oz. drained pickle relish
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 loaves bread
