HAM SALAD SANDWICH FILLING FOR A
CROWD
 
2 (3 lb.) ham loaves, prepared by meat market
1/2 jar pickle relish (sweet)
Low-fat mayonnaise (1 jar approximately)
Grey Poupon mustard 1/4 c. or less to taste
1/4 c. low-fat Western Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. pepper

Purchase prepared ham loaves, fresh or frozen. Bake in oven at 325 degrees until done approximately 1 1/4 hours. Do not overbake. Cool meat. Grind, chop fine, or use blender to chop a portion of meat and mix with hand chopped meat. Add other ingredients, adding mayonnaise to desired consistency.

Makes approximately approximately 50 servings, 2 oz. each.
